2011/2012 Uniform Information/Accessory Pricing

 

 2011/2012 Information Booklet - Download it and READ IT

Summer Band Uniform - Band t-shirt, khaki shorts, short white socks and white tennis shoes

Marching Band Uniform - Jacket, Pants and Hooded raincoat.  Accessories required are band t-shirt, beret, suspenders, BLACK SOCKS & BLACK SHOES and gloves all purchased thru the Band Boosters. 

Pick Up in August the week before Band Camp

If your child is 6 foot or taller or under 5’1” please let Teresa Gagliardo know! We want to get your child fitted in their uniform before Wednesday Aug 10th.
We have a large group this year and we want to make sure the tallest and smallest of the kids get a uniform that fits before the rest of the group comes thru.

Please have your child wear shorts so pants can be tried on over them

All the shoes, t-shirts and the accessories, that were ordered, will be handed out at this time when uniforms are handled out

08/10/11 Wednesday - 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM for Seniors and Freshman

08/11/11 Thursday - 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM for Juniors

08/11/11 Thursday - 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM for Sophomores

Students will be fitted by staff of volunteers during this time.  PLEASE be prompt - Thank You

If you signed up to help on one of these dates - Teresa will be sending an email to you with info on the day.

Uniform and Raincoat Turn

WEDNESDAY November 30th- (late start) 7:30 - 8:45 am - Seniors & Freshmen

WEDNESDAY December 7th- (late start) 7:30 - 8:45 am - Juniors & Sophomores

For students who went to Disney, please bring in:

  1. $7 cash or check made out to Mayfield Band Boosters. ACTUX is going to do a final group cleaning.
  2. CLEAN raincoat*** on a strong clear plastic hanger or a strong coat hanger

For students who did not go to Disney, please bring in:

  1. The dirty uniform on a hanger - if it has already been dry cleaned, it must be in a dry clean bag with receipt on it.
  2. $7 cash or check made out to Mayfield Band Boosters. ACTUX is going to do a final group cleaning.
  3. CLEAN raincoat*** on a strong clear plastic hanger or a strong coat hanger

***Raincoat cleaning instructions:

Machine wash only. DO NOT put in dryer- hang up to dry. It will take about 6- 8 hours to dry.

If the hood has dirt marks on it, take pretreat like “spray and wash” or something equivalent and spray the spots. Rub it back and forth before throwing in washer- may need repeat pretreats and washes- all marks should come out.
